Who are we, and why are we here?

Hi, Maria and Gerry Barker, older newlyweds from Kentucky, USA. Glad to have you here. Day to day contact, with the occasional rant, will be with Maria. Gerry will supply fewer, yet incredibly meaty and relevent, episodes. Others will chime in at time and energy allows. We are passionate, articulate people with a lot of drive to try to fix things that many people don't think are broken! Connect the Dots is an outbreak of that pent-up passion. This is a record of what we believe, and what we are doing to make our actions live up to our beliefs. This will also, undoubtedly, record changes in those stated beliefs, because only a closed mind is an unchangeable mind. Please feel free to write comments, feel free to disagree, as long as you tell us why. But be polite, that's only, well, polite!
